Kolonia Konstantina

I am a graduate of the Chemistry Department of the University of Ioannina since 1994 and a PhD holder in Chemical Technology from the same Department since 2000. In 2010 I obtained a Master’s degree in Catalysis and Environmental Protection from the EAP. From 1995 to 2005 I participated in research projects of the Chemistry Department of the University of Ioannina in the Sector of Industrial Chemistry and Food Chemistry. Between 1995-1998 I taught adjuncts in undergraduate courses at the University of Ioannina. In the period 2001-2005 I worked as a laboratory and scientific associate at the TEI of Epirus, while in the period 2006-2018 I worked as a laboratory and scientific associate at the TEI of Athens and Piraeus. From 2014 to 2017 I held the position of Specialist Scientist at the Evelpidon Military School. Since 2017 I have been teaching in the Master’s Program “Advanced Technologies in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering” of the Department of Naval Engineering, School of Engineering. I have translated the book “Chemical Process Engineering” by Octave Levenspiel. I have 11 papers published in international prestigious journals, 15 papers in scientific conferences, 2 papers in “Chemical Chronicles” while I have written notes for various courses of TEI Athens and SSE. I have also participated in the writing of the Laboratory exercises for the course “Shipbuilding materials, fracture, corrosion protection” of the PMS “Advanced Technologies in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering”, Department of Naval Engineering, School of Engineering, University of West Attica.
